Location

Satpura Tiger Reserve is situated in Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh. It extends from east to west in southern part of district, located in Satpura ranges of central Indian highlands. Area comes within Itarsi, Sohagpur and Pipariya Tehsils of Narmadapuram district. Area is well known for its rich bio-diversity & rare/endangered floral and faunal species. Famous hill station of M.P., Pachmarhi too is within its bound.
